SCADA Automation Systems (Supervisory Control and Data Aquisition)

SCADA system consists of a controller process (PLC - Programmable Logic Controller) and a communication interface with the user (which runs SCADA software).

SCADA system is modular structure allowing further developments.

The system collects analog signals (temperature, pressure, humidity, etc..).

Signals collection is made using specialized sensors on several parameters: temperature, humidity, pressure, movement, density, etc.. The signals are processed by PLC based on existing programming and then are sent to the appropriate drive device that controls starting, modification or termination of processes.

In the case of complex processes with several types of signals collected from different parts of the system, more PLC equipment are used that are interconnected and connected to a computer. On the computer screen you can view real time values, states and parameters of interest in the entire system. Through a webserver is possible to broadcast signals over the Internet to a remote control center.
